Briefly describe your role – In my day job, I lead digital transformation and analytics programs in the Mining Industry. At Campfire Kinship, I share stories of amazing, diverse professionals pursuing their passions.

What motivated you to pursue a career in STEM – the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others, industry, and society through engineering.

Work- Life Balance – I am a mom of two beautiful kids and love seeing the world through their eyes.

What is most important when choosing a masters – Ensure it is practical to the field of work you intend on pursuing. In my case, I chose to do a masters in business administration and the focus of my study was on how to bring about innovation and transformation in organizations.

Could you expand on the parts of you role that aid healthcare? At the moment, I am in the Mining Industry, however digital technology and transformation concepts have a huge application in the healthcare industry as well, and I enjoy learning about it.
